For a refund or exchange, please contact us via our contact page with your order number and let us know the reason why. To acquire an exchange or refund, contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note, after seven days we will require imagery on faulty product for a review.
For hygiene reasons, earrings (any pierced jewellery) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
*Exclusion to this include sale items- items that are purchased on sale or using a discount code.
We will exchange the first item with free shipping returned to you, however you are required to pay for the postage back to us.
